JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.
This writ petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India has been filed by Mohammad Saleem Siddiqui on behlaf of Aaliya Khan alleging himself to be husband of the petitioner for issuing writ of habeas corpus directing the opposite party nos. 4 to 6 to produce the petitioner before the Court and she be set at her liberty.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and Mohammad Saleem Siddiqui being major had married with each other on 16.5.2008 in accordance with Mohmmadan Law. They got their marriage registered before the marriage officer. They lived as husband and wife. The opposite party nos. 4 to 6 on 31.5.2010 had abducted the petitioner they have illegally detained her, therefore, they be directed to produce the petitioner and she be set at her liberty.
Issue notice to opposite party nos. 4 to 6 either to produce the petitioner before this court on 07.7.2010 or to show cause. Order Date :- 21.6.2010 Santosh/-
