Petitioner’s vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-7-J-5679 was seized on the allegation of transportation of river sand. Ext.P1 is the mahazer relating to the same. The petitioner submitted Ext.P3 representation to the 2nd respondent on 28/03/2014 and the same is pending consideration.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation and since the 2nd respondent is the competent authority to decide the issue involved in the matter, this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
2nd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
