It is submitted by learned APP on instructions that before registering the offence on the basis of complaint given by the complainant incident was reported to the Jamnagar "B" Division Police Station by way of giving application which was signed by the complainant and thereafter, said application was forwarded to Jamnagar "B" Division Police Station for taking appropriate steps and thereafter, complaint was lodged by the complainant before the Jamnagar "B" Division Police Station and offence was registered.
In view of above, learned advocate for the applicants does not press present application. Application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
