JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule returnable on 24.12.2012. In the meantime, the petitioners shall be allowed to appear in the TET-II examination and the forms thereof shall be accepted from the petitioners in physical form by the respondent authority. It is, however, clarified that the results of the petitioners shall not be declared and shall be kept in a sealed cover. However, if ultimately the petitioners succeed in these petitions, the results shall be declared. Direct service is permitted today.
