JUDGMENT / ORDER

Antony Dominic, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the review petitioners, learned counsel for the original petitioners, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Gujrat.
2. These review petitions are filed seeking review of common judgment in OP(CAT).Nos.1023/12 and 1086/13. Though it is not so stated in the judgment, it is a fact that the judgment was rendered without hearing the party respondents in the original petitions, and this was on account of the absence of their counsel when the cases were taken up for hearing. Having regard to the consequences that are likely to occur, we are inclined to allow these parties to address their contentions and only for enabling them to do so, we allow these review petitions and recall the judgment dated 18.7.2014. This shall, however, be subject to the review petitioners in R.P.Nos.686/14, RP.686/14 & con.cases 2 687/14 and 698/14 remitting `7,500/- each as costs to the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, within 10 days from today and producing memo thereof in court.
Review petitions are allowed.
