This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 29587 of 2015 under Sections 452, 354-A, 504, 506 IPC within stipulated period and further to direct the Court below to exempt appearance of applicants before Court below.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, prayer made in the application cannot be granted, as exemption application moved by the applicants before the trial court necessarily be decided by the Court concerned. No direction in this regard can be given. Application is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed.
The application is accordingly dismissed.
