The respondent in his counter affidavit submitted that an estimate of Rs.133 Crores was submitted to Government for approval. The Government granted Administrative Approval vide G.O.No.122/PW(W.1) Department dated 03.05.2018 and financial assistance should be taken from the Government of India.
2.In view of the counter affidavit, we do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. The Contempt Petition is closed.
