As per his additional affidavit, the document presented for registration by the petitioner was entertained and was duly registered as document No.3939 of 2014. The said registration was effected on 20-06-2014 and the document was also handed over to the petitioner.
2. In the light of the aforestated circumstances, no cause is made out for this Court to exercise its contempt jurisdiction though there is some delay in complying with the order. The presence of the second respondent is accordingly dispensed with and the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
