Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State, upon instruction, being received from Mr.Sukhdan Bhavidan, P.S.I., Vadagam Police Station, states that at the conclusion of police investigation, in the instant matter, the Investigating Officer has claimed "C-Summary" in this matter.
Upon such statement being made by Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State, Mr.Keyur Vyas, learned advocate for the applicants, at this stage, does not press this application reserving the liberty of the applicants to apply to this Court in case of any difficulty.
