O R D E R When this matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the dispute raised in the instant proceedings has been settled before the Lok Adalath and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the instant petition.
It is verified from the Karnataka High Court web site that the proceedings before the Trial Court have been closed based on the settlement arrived at in the Lok Adalath, by order dated 02.06.2018.
In view of these facts, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
