The petitioner seeks early consideration of A.S. No. 32/2013 pending on the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge of North Paravur. The remarks called for by the Registry reveals that a period of three months is required to dispose of the appeal suit finally.

2. I therefore direct the Lower Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal aforesaid with all expedition. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the appeal suit on or before 31.08.2014 in the circumstances.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
