This application is filed by the applicant for deletion of condition No.
(iv) 'not to leave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned'.
Considering the averments made in the application about abiding the conditions imposed in the order dated 25.7.2011 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.10230 of 2011 by which the applicant was enlarged on bail and now there is necessity for the applicant to travel outside Gujarat in view of the project work to be attended by her, I am inclined to grant prayer in terms of paragraph 10(a). Other conditions shall remain as they are. Rule is made absolute.
