Having heard learned counsel for the petition and learned AGA, I find that the custody of the corpus has been given to respondent no. 4 mother of the corpus after holding that she is aged about 14 years 4 months and 3 days by C.J.M. Agra vide order dated 4.2.2019. As the custody of the corpus has been handed over to respondent no. 4 by a judicial order, in my opinion the instant habeas corpus petition is not maintainable.
I may further record that order dated 4.3.2019 has not been challenged in the present writ petition, therefore, the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
