The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the application dated 15.3.2019, under section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 694 of 2013 in S.T. No. 285 of 2014 (State Vs. Raju Yadav) under section 364, 302, 201 IPC and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, P.S. Sikandra Rau, District Hathras pending in the Special Court of SC/ST Act Hathras, District Hathras within stipulated time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the application dated 15.3.2019, under section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 694 of 2013 in S.T. No. 285 of 2014 (State Vs. Raju Yadav) under section 364, 302, 201 IPC and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, P.S. Sikandra Rau, District Hathras pending in the Special Court of SC/ST Act Hathras, District Hathras expeditiously in accordance with law.
