1. Learned counsel for the applicant stated that since the papers had not reached the Registry, his clerk could not pay the process fee.

2. The Registry to submit a report on this aspect.

3. Process fee shall be paid latest by 03.04.2012, upon which the Registry to issue fresh Notice returnable on 13.04.2012. Direct service permitted.
