JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3237 of 2016 dated 28.11.2016 on the file of the Special Court under the TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3237 of 2016 reads as follows:-
"In the result, the Petition is allowed and the Petitioner/A-2 is enlarged on Bail on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner should execute a Bond for Rs.15 Lakhs and shall deposit Rs.15 Lakhs into the Court with two sureties for a like sum (ii) The Sureties must be close relatives of the Petitioner / Accused. (iii) Further, the Sureties shall deposit their Title Deed as a security for a like sum into the Court (iv) Apart from that the petitioner shall report before the EOW-II Police, Coimbatore daily twice at 10.30 A.M. and 5.00 P.M until further orders (v) The Petitioner should not tamper the Witnesses and shall co-operate with the investigation".
4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not comply with the bail conditions imposed in the order dated 28.11.2016 and prayed for modification of the conditions.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the condition as stated infra:-
(i) The petitioner shall execute a Bond for Rs.15 lakhs with two sureties for a likesum. The sureties must be close relatives of the petitioner/accused.
(ii) The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.9 Lakhs instead of Rs.15 Lakhs into the court.
(iii) The condition as regards deposit of title deeds as a security is hereby deleted.
(iv) The petitioner shall report before the EOW-II Police, Coimbatore, daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5 p.m., until further orders.
(v) The petitioner should not tamper the Witnesses and shall cooperate with the investigation.
6. This Crl.O.P.No.4371 of 2017, is disposed of accordingly.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that time may be given to comply with the condition in respect of deposit of the modified amount ordered by this court by order dated 15.03.2017.
2. Considering the submission made, as far as condition No.(ii) modified by this court, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.9 Lakhs instead of Rs.15 Lakhs into the court concerned within a period of three weeks from the date of execution of bail bond.
3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy incorporating the above modification.
