Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the illegal construction of sewer tank, ramp and toilet which is made by way of encroachment on the main public road by the respondent no.5 at house no. 51, Sulahkul Nagar, Shahganj Bodla Road, District Agra after demolishing the same direct the respondent authorities to make new road so as to allow free flow of the public and petitioner.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 31.08.2018 within time bound period as directed by this Court.
It is suffice to say that the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Section 133 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy.
