ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging inaction of the fourth respondent in considering the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2009 in running Fair Price Shop in view of the order of the second respondent dated 01.09.2009.
The learned Government Pleader submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole vide proceedings dated 20.07.2009 issued orders restoring the authorization of the petitioner by levying a penalty of Rs.500/- and pursuant to the same, the petitioner has paid the penalty amount through challan and thereafter the petitioner was granted permission to run the Fair Price Shop.
In view of restoration of authorization in favour of the petitioner, no further orders are need to be passed herein and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
