ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 17.10.2012, in Writ Petition No.2151 of 2011.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner as was on 26.09.2014.
Learned counsel representing Sri P.B.Vijaya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, submitted that Writ Appeal No.58 of 2013 filed against the above-mentioned order, which was dismissed for default on 02.07.2014, was restored on 16.10.2014. As no one represented the petitioner to deny this submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed based on the representation that the Writ Appeal has been restored.
As interim order in the above-noted Writ Appeal is stated to be subsisting, the Contempt Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
