JUDGMENT / ORDER

. Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.153/2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Market Police Station, Hyderabad, Hyderabad District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Chidambaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He is accused No.4. He allegedly committed an offence under Section 306 IPC. He is an Archaka of Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Kothapet, Guntur. He and other employees of the temple allegedly harassed the deceased leading to the deceased committing suicide.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge-sheet had already been filed.
3. In view of the nature of the offence alleged against the petitioner and in view of the fact that the charge-sheet had already been filed, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
4. Consequently, this petition is allowed. The petitioner/accused No.4 shall surrender before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad within 2 (two) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad shall release the petitioner/accused No.4 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
