The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petitions is that the Respondent-Municipal Commissioner of City Municipal Council, Chikkaballapur, is not considering the representation/application of the petitioners for ‘Khata’ transfer, for which the application was filed by the petitioners on 06.06.2017 vide Annexure-E.
2. In the circumstances of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the said Respondent to decide the said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner in the first instance may appear before the said Authority on 14.12.2017.
Copy of this order be sent to the Respondent forthwith. No costs.
