ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents not considering the Petitioner’s representation dated 12.05.2013, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, in violation of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct survey and fix up the boundaries in agricultural land admeasuring Acs.5.00 Guntas in Survey No.251/1, situated at Dumpalpally Village, Sanga Reddy, Medak District.”
On 09.10.2013, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 19.11.2013, when the case was posted, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present and therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36471 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
