Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 3 to decide Case No. 7 of 2018 (Case No. T201805200500007) (Smt. Asha Tiwari Vs. Udai Narayan) under section 34 Land Revenue Code 2006 within stipulated period."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date, despite the petitioner vendor having registered his no objection to the mutation of the petitioner.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3/Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria to decide the mutation application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
