JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Shri Kant Tripathi,J.
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of depositing of the provident fund. Since apparently it was a case of defalcation of provident fund, a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 2.3.2001 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- so that the car could not be sold but since no information were given on the part of the petitioner that they were complying the order, we treat the petitioner as defaulter and as such we do not require to pass any order in affirmity in favour of the petitioner. The writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed with costs of Rs. 510/-.
