The petitioner questions the order of third respondent dated 19.11.2014 passed under Section 5 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968 whereby he was directed to vacate the Government quarter.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for General Administration appearing for the respondents.
I see no reason to entertain this writ petition as the petitioner is overstaying in the Government Quarter and is unauthorized occupant of the same. He was transferred to Karimnagar district and was given sufficient time to vacate, but he is hanging on the premises. Hence the writ petition is dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
