Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and the petitioner's daughter cheated public money in the fund transaction and hence, the respondent police is requiring the presence of the petitioner's daughter alone for enquiry. He has further submitted that the presence of the petitioner is not required for enquiry by the respondent police.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
