This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned endorsement, dt.2-12-2014, issued by respondent No.4 stating that the fee for writing 2nd year BDS exams will be collected after getting court orders as ex facie illegal, arbitrary, contrary to record and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently, to set aside the same and direct the respondent No.4 to collect the 2nd year BDS exams fees from the petitioners and permit them to write the examinations schedule to be held from 6.1.2015 to 12.1.2015 and to continue to pursue their BDS course in respondent No.4- College.”
After arguing the case for some time, Mr.M.V.Hanumantha Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients have requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to them to file appropriate applications in the pending Writ Petitions earlier filed by them.
The request of the petitioners, as put forth by their Counsel, is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.48344 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
