Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging action of the respondents 2 and 3 in dispossessing them from the shops in question. It is stated by the petitioners that though a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 1290 and 1291 of 2014, dated 17.10.2014 has given them liberty to approach the civil Court and they are in the process of approaching the civil Court, the respondents 2 and 3 are stated to be interfering with the civil disputes between them (petitioners) and the respondents 4 and 5.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that no complaint was received by the respondents 2 and 3 and there is no question of their involvement in the matter.
In view of that, nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition which is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
