O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed in W.P.No.1627/2000 dated 26.10.2004, i.e, to fix the scale of pay.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has implemented the fixation of scale of pay and arrears payable to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
