This appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 03.12.2002 in O.S.No.149 of 1999 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.
Mr. S. Girimoji Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter dated 05.08.2014 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has informed that the parties have settled the dispute out of court and that, therefore, his clients have instructed him to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
