2. The present writ petition is directed against the order impugned, which is referable to section 24 of the A.P.Education Act. Under Section 89 of the Act, the said order is appealable and the remedy of appeal, in my view, is efficacious and effective, where even the questions of fact can also be gone into. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the said appellate remedy by preferring an appeal, in accordance with law, and if such an appeal is filed on or before 31.10.2014, the same shall be entertained, on merits, without any objection as to limitation. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
