JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the impugned order dated 14.12.2016 in C.M.P.No.1295 of 2016 in Crime No.561 of 2016, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, Coimbatore, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that in the event of arrest or on their surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode on or before 28.12.2016, they shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and they should stay at Salem and appear and sign before the Salem Town Police Station daily twice, ie.at 10.00 a.m.and 5.00 p.m.for about two months. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to relax the said conditions.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3. Heard both the sides.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, in the order made in C.M.P.No.1295 of 2016 in Crime No.561 of 2016 dated 14.12.2016, in respect of stay at Salem and reporting before the Salem Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m.and 5.00 p.m., for about two months, only is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Salem Town Police Station once in ten days at 06.00 p.m., for about two months. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, shall remain unaltered.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
