JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per Ext.P5 proceedings, the first respondent has cancelled an ownership certificate that was issued in favour of the petitioner. The order has been issued at the instance of respondents 4 to 6 who claim rights over the property. It is stated that, a suit is also pending among the parties. The petitioner has aggrieved by Ext.P5, preferred Ext.P6 appeal which is pending before the third respondent. In Ext.P6 appeal, the petitioner has also prayed for a stay of Ext.P5. But, though the appeal was preferred on 10.9.2014, the same has been kept pending by the third respondent without passing any orders thereon. The petitioner therefore seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P6 and for the disposal thereof expeditiously. 2. In view of the limited relief sought, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the respondents. It shall be sufficient to direct Ext.P6 to be considered and disposed of without delay.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider Ext.P6 appeal in accordance with W.P.(C).No.30923 of 2014 2 law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Pending final disposal of Ext.P6, the operation and implementation of Ext.P5 shall be kept in abeyance.
