This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Crime No.137 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecution submitted that in Crime No.137/2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi and the same was also taken on file as STC No.3320 of 2016.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
