The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of an interlocutory application filed to set aside the report and plan of the Advocate Commissioner. I direct the III Additional Sub Court, Kozhikode to dispose of I.A.No. 4462/2010 in O.S.No. 740/2012 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of production of this judgment.
