Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.239, Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr.1) Department, dated 24.11.2006.
It is represented by learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for the respondents that the impugned G.O. was kept in abeyance and thereafter another G.O. was issued which was also kept in abeyance. In view of non implementation of impugned G.O., no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
In view thereof, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
