JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO A.S.MP.NO.1357 OF 2014 AND A.S.NO.1729 OF 1998 COMMON JUDGMENT:
A.S.MP.No.1357 of 2014 is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to record the compromise between the petitioner and the respondents herein.
The first petitioner, respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14 and 15 are present.
Sri P.Govind Reddy, learned counsel, represented respondent Nos.17 and 18.
Respondent No.11 is represented by his mother and GPA holder-the third respondent.
For respondent Nos.10 and 13, Sri Y.Nagaiah, learned counsel, has filed special vakalat.
The parties have been identified by their respective counsel. The parties and their counsel have stated that the parties have voluntarily entered into the compromise, which is annexed to A.S.MP.No.1357 of 2014 and that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise. They stated that there is no coercion involved and they have agreed to settle the matter as per the terms of the compromise.
After perusing the terms of the compromise, I am satisfied that the terms of the compromise are lawful.
Therefore, A.S.MP.No.1357 of 2014 is allowed and A.S.No.1729 of 1998 is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise annexed to A.S.M.P.No.1357 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
