JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO A.S.MP.NO.1358 OF 2014 AND A.S.NO.726 OF 1998 COMMON JUDGMENT:
A.S.MP.No.1358 of 2014 is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to record the compromise between the petitioners, who are appellants in the appeal and the respondents.
Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are stated to be not necessary parties to the compromise.
The petitioners and respondent Nos.1, 3, 7, 10 and 12 are present in person.
Respondent Nos.15 and 16 are represented by Sri P.Govind Reddy, learned counsel.
Sri V.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel, appears for respondent Nos.2 and 13.
Special vakalat has been filed by Sri Y.Nagaiah, learned counsel, for respondent Nos.8 and 11.
Respondent No.9 is represented through his GPA holder-the first petitioner and respondent No.14 is represented by GPA holder-the second respondent.
The parties have been identified by their respective counsel. All the parties are present and their counsel stated that the parties had voluntarily entered into compromise after understanding the terms of the same and that there is no coercion.
After perusing the terms of the compromise, I am satisfied that the terms of the compromise are lawful. Therefore, A.S.MP.No.1358 of 2014 is allowed and A.S.No.726 of 1998 is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise annexed to A.S.M.P.No.1358 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
