THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO A.S.M.P.No.815 of 2014 in/and A.S.No.1924 of 2002 JUDGMENT:
A.S.M.P.No.815 of 2014 is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record the compromise between the appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 3 are present in the Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel.
3. All of them stated that the contents of the Compromise Memo have been read over and explained to them and they have voluntarily agreed to the same without any coercion. After going through the terms of the compromise, I am satisfied that the terms of the compromise are lawful.
4. In this view of the matter, A.S.M.P.No.815 of 2014 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 3, a copy of which is enclosed to this application.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise recorded supra. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
