This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 04-12-2013, in W.P.No.31053 of 2014, by the respondent.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana State) placed before the Court Lr.No.E5/717/2014, dated 19-11-2014, of the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, addressed to the District Registrar, Hyderabad, wherein he has requested the latter to allow registration of plot Nos.90 and 94 of Nizampet Village, Quthubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pending the review application.
The learned Counsel for the petitioners has stated that his clients are satisfied with the said communication.
In view of compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
