ORDER By an order dated 29.5.2019, this Court directed issuance of emergent notice to respondents and was also pleased to stay the operation of Annexure-B till next date of hearing.
2. As steps were not taken for issuance of notice to respondents as ordered by this Court, the matter was re-listed on 11.7.2019, on which date, further two weeks time was granted. Despite the passage of more than four weeks, the petitioner has not deemed it fit to comply with the order of this Court. It is more than two months since emergent notice has been directed. It appears that the petitioner is disinterested in prosecuting petition.
The writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
