1. Sri J.P.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that application for compounding on the basis of a compromise is pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagina, District Bijnor, where Criminal Case No.1594 of 2020 (State vs. Deepak and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0063 of 2020, under Sections 354-B, 452, 323 and 506 IPC, Police Station Nagina Dehat, District Bijnor, is pending since 03.03.2021 and no action has been taken on that application.
3. In view of such submissions, he prays for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case.
4. This innocuous prayer is not opposed by the learned AGA.
5. This application is disposed off without giving any opinion on the merits of the case with a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagina, District Bijnor to decide the application for compounding on the basis of a compromise in Criminal Case No.1594 of 2020 (State vs. Deepak and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0063 of 2020, under Sections 354-B, 452, 323 and 506 IPC, Police Station Nagina Dehat, District Bijnor, expeditiously within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order on its own merits.
