Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the respondents.
The present writ petition has been preferred for issuing directions to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner for payment of arrears of 7th Pay Commission which came into effect w.e.f. 01-01-2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent to direct the respondent no. 3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Lakhimpur Kheri to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 08-03-2021.
As prayed, without entering into the merits of the case and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08-03-2021, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, say within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order downloaded from official website of the high court is served.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
