Today the Advocates are abstaining from work. I have perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
The petitioners have preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the following prayers:-
"1. Direct the Additional District Judge Room No.1 Allahabad to decide the recall application dated 31.05.2019 bearing Misc. No.13/19 in Reference No.47 of 1992 (Salik Ram Kushwaha Vs. State of U.P. and another) filed by the petitioners, within a stipulated period.
2. Direct the Additional District Judge Room No.1 Allahabad to decide the stay application dated 05.02.2021 in recall application bearing Misc. No.13/19 arises of Reference No.47 of 1992 (Salik Ram Kushwaha Vs. State of U.P. and another) filed by the petitioners."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid applications in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
