JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to accord permission to conduct a festival program scheduled to be held on 05.02.2017 in Arulmigu Sri Devathi Amman Temple, Aarur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2017.
2. For conducting Aadal Padal programme for the above temple, the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 23.01.2017 for according permission. Since the third respondent has not granted permission, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2017 with regard to giving permission for Aadal Padal Programme, and pass orders only on merits and in accordance with law. This Court is not granting any positive direction as far as Aadal Padal programme is concerned.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
