When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the transfer certificates of petitioner's children, by name, Minor Raaga Bavithra and Minor Raaga Varshini have been issued by the school on 26.07.2017 and as such, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
