ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside show cause notice vide Rc.No.2434/2014/F, dated 18.10.2014 of respondent No.4 proposing cancellation of the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
Pursuant to order, dated 24.12.2014, respondent No.4 is personally present.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before this Court the proceedings in Rc.No. (F)2434/2014, dated 29.12.2014 whereby respondent No.4 has withdrawn the impugned show cause notice.
As respondent No.4 has taken corrective steps, which redressed the grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of main petition, WPMP.No.49695 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
