Heard.
2. Petitioner claims that he was granted A4 licence for running a wine shop in Kurnool Town at Ward No.36 for the period from 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 and carrying on the business in the name and style of M/s.Charitha Wines. It is stated that respondent Nos.1 to 4 has permitted to shift the shop of respondent No.5 within the radius of 100 metres from the shop established by the petitioner. Since the Rules relating to distance was not maintained, petitioner has filed a representation, dated 20.09.2014, before 1) The Deputy Commissioner, 2) The Excise Superintendent, 3) The District Collector, and 4) The Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Government Pleader, who appears for respondent Nos.1 to 4, states that respondent No.3, Superintendent, shall examine the petitioner’s representation, dated 20.09.2014, and would pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously.
4. In view of the said assurance of the learned Government pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation, referred to above, and make appropriate enquiry and pass appropriate necessary orders, in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
