The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Suit No.507 of 2012 within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that defendant No.1 appeared in the suit on 22.12.2012.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
