...Respondents Prayer:- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent made in No. C-3/D.O./19/2017, dated 03.05.2017 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the body of the detenu Arivu @ Arivazhagan, S/o. Sundaram, confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore in TPDA No. 2995,dated 03.05.2017 before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted challenging the order of the detention passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Cuddaore on 03.05.2017, preventively detaining Thiru. Arivu @ Arivazhagan, aged about 33 years, S/o. Sundaram, residing at Mariamman Koil Street, Mulligrampattu Village, Nellikuppam, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. Today, when we have taken up the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us, an order passed by the State their Government Order in G.O. Rt. No. 2906, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XI) Department, Dated 20th June 2017, revoking the order of detention, dated 03.05.2017.
3. In this view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
4. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to convey the displeasure of the Court to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Parangipettai, who out of sheer, disrespect and in difference, has not furnished the information called for by this Court in this matter, by our order passed on 12.06.2017 and inspite of Fax Message sent by the Registrar (Judicial) on 13.06.2017 in that regard.
